Kinsman Consulting

Healthcare operations advisory · Boston, MA

Care usually works. The system around it is what fails.

Kinsman Consulting helps digital health and tech-enabled care companies build the operation behind the care: delivery, staffing, revenue cycle, quality systems and the payer evidence that wins contracts. Led by Sean Kinsman, DPT, OCS, a board-certified orthopaedic physical therapist who has run national care delivery from employee #12 to 30,000 patients a year.

Outcomes, before and after

Results from operating roles at digital MSK, stroke navigation and value-based care companies.

About Sean

Sean joined RecoveryOne as employee #12 and was promoted twice, to EVP Operations and Chief Clinical Officer, leading 250 people across care delivery, clinical product, evidence and quality through Series B and C. He later built the revenue cycle at Kandu and rebuilt access at Protera Health. Today he advises Tonal on its healthcare launch, alongside other digital health companies.

He started as a clinician and runs operations like one: find what is failing patients, fix the system, and measure it.
